"I had my brakes done at mavis and..."
I had my brakes done at mavis and overall it went smooth. They looked everything over, explained what was going on, and were able to get it done the same day. The squeaking is gone now and the brake pedal feels a lot better than before. Price seemed fair too, so I’m happy with it. Has anyone else had that same squeaking issue before getting theirs fixed?

"I had a good experience at Mavis…"
I had a good experience at Mavis. The guy at the counter was easy to talk to and explained what was going on with my tire without making it feel complicated or making me feel clueless. They were busy, but they still kept me in the loop and got me out quicker than I expected. Overall, solid customer service and I’d definitely go back.

Overall, it was a good visit. They did try to push a few extra things on me, which was a bit much, but they got my tires fixed quickly, so I can’t complain too much...

"They took decent care of my car"
I went to Mavis to get tires put on, and they actually took the time to check for rubbing so I wouldn’t end up with damage later. It did take a little longer than I expected, but I wasn’t in a huge rush and had a coffee with me anyway. Overall, they did a good job and my car felt fine driving home.

"Easy stop before work"
I ended up choosing Mavis mostly because their hours actually fit my schedule. They were open early enough that I could drop my car off before work and not have my whole day thrown off, which was a big relief.

I kind of wish more tire places did that instead of only being open when everyone is already at work, but hey, that’s not really on them. Mavis made it simple for me, and that alone made the experience worth 5 stars.
